Prayer for Flu
Heavenly Father, We come before You today, lifting up all those battling the flu. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to be upon them. Comfort their weary bodies, soothe their aches, and strengthen their immune systems to fight off illness. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds.” We stand on this promise, trusting in Your power to heal and renew. Grant them restful sleep, Father, so their bodies may recover and regain strength. Surround them with Your peace, reducing worry or fear, and replace it with the assurance that You are in control. Bless those caring for them, whether family or medical professionals, with patience and wisdom to provide the support they need. Thank You, Lord, for being our refuge and healer. May this time of rest also bring moments of gratitude and reliance on You. We trust in Your love and goodness to bring them back to full health. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
