Prayer for Dementia Includes: Lewy Body Disease
Heavenly Father, We come before You with hearts burdened for those who are walking through the challenges of dementia, including Lewy Body Disease. You, Lord, are the Great Physician, the Creator of mind and body, and we place every individual suffering into Your tender care. Father, we ask for Your healing touch. Where confusion clouds the mind, bring clarity and peace. Where memories seem lost, may Your love provide comfort and reassurance. Where there is fear or frustration, replace it with a divine sense of calm. Your Word tells us, “Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you” (Isaiah 46:4). May these words settle deep into the hearts of those who feel weary and overwhelmed. Remind them, Lord, that You have not abandoned them, and You are their constant source of strength. We also pray for the families, friends, and caregivers of those affected. Grant them patience, compassion, and renewed energy every day. Help them see glimpses of joy and connection amidst the struggles. Lord, You bring hope when circumstances feel hopeless. We trust in Your promise of restoration and Your ability to bring light into the darkest places. Strengthen faith, ignite courage, and pour out Your boundless love upon every struggling heart today.
