Prayer for Insomnia
Dear Lord, I struggle to find restful sleep. Please calm my mind from racing thoughts and worries. Grant peaceful, restorative sleep that refreshes body and spirit. Help me establish healthy sleep patterns and remove whatever prevents proper rest. Thank You for Your care even while I sleep. Amen.
