Prayer for Diabetes Mellitus – Type II (Non Insulin Dependent)
Heavenly Father, We come before You in faith and humility, seeking Your divine presence and healing power for those struggling with Type II Diabetes. Lord, You are the Creator of our bodies, the One who knit us together in our mother’s womb, and in You, there is no limit to what can be restored and renewed.We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, Lord. Regulate their blood sugar levels, strengthen their pancreas, and restore balance to their entire system. Surround them with Your grace as they manage this challenge daily, and grant them the wisdom to make choices that nurture their health.Father, Your Word promises us in Jeremiah 30:17 that “I will restore your health and heal your wounds.” We stand on this promise today, believing wholeheartedly that You are at work within their body, mind, and spirit. Comfort them in moments of frustration or weariness, and replace those feelings with peace and hope found in You.Guide the hands and decisions of their doctors, dietitians, and caretakers. Provide them with the support and resources they need. Equip them with the strength to maintain a lifestyle that promotes healing and wellness.Lord, we also ask that You minister to their heart. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, as written in Psalm 139:14. Help them to lean on You through every high and low, trusting in Your unfailing love and faithfulness.We entrust their healing and well-being into Your hands, knowing that You, Jehovah Rapha, are our ultimate Healer.In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.
