• Join live prayer sessions
• Access healing prayers and teachings

User Accounts

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

User Content

Your Submissions

When you submit content (prayer requests, replies, testimonies), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to display and share your content on the platform
• Confirm that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Understand that public submissions may be viewed by anyone

Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Is threatening, abusive, or violent
• Contains spam or commercial solicitation
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Promotes illegal activities

Moderation

All prayer requests and replies are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to:

• Reject or remove content that violates our guidelines
• Edit content for clarity (with user notification)
• Remove content at any time for any reason

Live Prayer Sessions

When participating in live prayer sessions via Zoom or other platforms, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward all participants
• Keep shared information confidential
• Not record sessions without express permission
• Follow the guidance of prayer leaders

Not Professional Advice

PrayerChain provides spiritual support and community prayer. We do not provide:

• Medical advice or treatment
• Mental health counseling
• Legal or financial advice
• Professional therapeutic services

No Guarantees

While we believe in the power of prayer, we make no guarantees about outcomes. Prayer requests are shared with the community in faith, but results are in God's hands.

Intellectual Property

The PrayerChain name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not use these without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrayerChain shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Actions of other users
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrayerChain and its volunteers from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
